9001:2000, which strengthens our resolve to be customer focused.
This includes the continuous meeting and monitoring of customer
expectation & satisfaction.

National will ensure that all it’s’ personnel
understand and implement the company's policies & objectives and
are able to perform their duties effectively through ongoing
training & development.
Our objective is to get it right first time and
to foster an attitude of continuous improvement.
The company endeavors to comply with all relevant
legislation including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and has carried out appropriate risk
assessments, where necessary.
It is the management’s belief that, in operating
to these standards, they will meet the requirements of their
customers and their own objective of achieving a satisfactory
customer base and long-term profitability.
Ultimate responsibility within the company rests
with the company Directors. The Operations Director - Andrew Clay
- as the management representative, is responsible for all
matters relevant to the Quality System, and as such is delegated
full authority to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure
that the requirements of the quality system are followed at all
times.
