National Autoparts are proud to announce the launch of our new Electronic Warranty Portal (from 1st November 2018).
What are the benefits of using our warranty portal? Using the Warranty Portal provides users with a number of benefits:
- Every customer branch can access their returns status online.
- Customers head offices can oversee the warranty information for each individual branch.
- Information can be transferred between parties in a secure and efficient way.
- Decisions can be communicated quickly and easily.
- The cost of communications is reduced.
- By including some basic information fields, the Portal helps us to process claims faster, and ensures adequate information is submitted to process the claim.
